Special instructions for Mac users if Silverlight wont install correctly

The latest version of the Safari browser no longer supports Silverlight. Chrome and firefox are also not supported. You will need to install the Sea Monkey browser instead. Specifically you will need to install version 2.49.4 of seamonkey, NOT the latest version.
